Weekly Astrology Forecast: June 28 to July 5, 2026 | The Week You Stop Talking Yourself Out of It

Weekly Astrology Forecast: June 28 to July 5, 2026 | The Week You Stop Talking Yourself Out of It

I don't think this week is about having some huge breakthrough.

It's more like finally admitting something you've known for a while.

There are a lot of moving pieces in this week's astrology. Mercury begins its retrograde, we have a Full Moon in Capricorn, Jupiter changes signs, and Mars seems determined to keep things interesting. On paper, it looks busy. But when I sat with this week's energy, it didn't feel chaotic. It felt honest.

You might notice yourself questioning things you've been pushing through on autopilot. The routine that no longer works. The relationship feels different. The goal you're chasing because you thought you should, not because you still want it.

None of that means you need to make life-changing decisions overnight.

But it might be time to stop pretending you don't already know how you feel.

If there is one thing this weekly astrology forecast keeps coming back to, it's this. Your life becomes much easier to navigate once you stop arguing with your own intuition.

Key Transit Dates This Week

June 28: Mars Enters Gemini

The pace starts picking up as Mars moves into Gemini, shifting the zodiac energy from slow and steady to curious and mentally active.

You might suddenly feel like you have ten ideas at once, or notice yourself wanting to start new projects, learn something different, or finally send the message you've been overthinking. The challenge won't be finding motivation. It'll be deciding where to put it.

Gemini loves possibilities, but not every opportunity deserves your attention. Sometimes choosing one thing is more powerful than trying to do everything.

If you've been waiting for your energy to return, this transit can feel like opening a window after being stuck inside all day.

June 29: Mercury Stations Retrograde in Cancer

I know. Mercury retrograde.

Before you panic, remember this. Mercury retrograde isn't here to ruin your plans. It's here to slow you down enough to notice what you've been missing.

In Cancer, those lessons tend to be emotional. Old conversations may come back. Memories might surface when you least expect them. You may even catch yourself reacting to something that has much deeper roots than you first realised.

Instead of asking, "Why is this happening again?" try asking, "What is this trying to show me that I wasn't ready to see before?"

Sometimes healing doesn't come from finding new answers. Sometimes it comes from understanding an old story differently.

Full Moon in Capricorn

This Full Moon feels like a reality check, but not in a harsh way.

Capricorn has a way of asking, "Is this actually working for you?"

Not the version you tell everyone else. Not the version that looks good on paper. The real one.

If you've been carrying too much, trying to prove yourself, or convincing yourself that burnout is just part of success, this Full Moon may shine a light on that.

You're allowed to build a life that doesn't constantly exhaust you.

Mars Squares the Lunar Nodes

Frustration could bubble up today, but frustration isn't always a bad thing.

Sometimes it's the feeling that finally tells you something has to change.

Pay attention to what gets under your skin. Not because you need to react immediately, but because irritation often points toward a boundary that hasn't been honoured or a need that hasn't been acknowledged.

Jupiter Enters Leo

This is one of my favourite shifts of the week.

Jupiter in Leo isn't asking you to become someone louder. It's asking you to stop hiding parts of yourself that deserve to be seen.

Maybe that's your creativity. Maybe it's your voice. Maybe it's simply letting yourself enjoy something without feeling guilty for it.

You've probably spent enough time wondering whether you're "too much."

This transit gently reminds you that shrinking yourself has never been the answer.

July 1: Moon Enters Aquarius

After the emotional intensity of the past couple of days, this feels like taking a deep breath.

Aquarius helps you step back and see things from a wider perspective. Suddenly, the situation that felt impossible starts feeling manageable.

You don't always need more information.

Sometimes you just need enough space to think clearly again.

July 3: Mars Conjunct Uranus

If this day doesn't go exactly as planned, don't assume it's gone wrong.

Mars meeting Uranus often brings surprises, sudden changes, or unexpected opportunities. It can feel a little unpredictable, but it also has a way of breaking us out of routines we've quietly outgrown.

The plans that fall apart today might be making room for something that fits you better.

Try to stay flexible.

Not every interruption is an obstacle.

Moon Enters Pisces

By the evening, the energy softens.

After such an active week, Pisces reminds us that rest isn't something we earn after we've done enough. It's something we need in order to keep showing up as ourselves.

If your intuition has been whispering all week, today might be the day you finally hear it.

July 4: Mars Sextiles Neptune

This feels like action with heart.

You're less interested in proving yourself and more interested in doing what actually feels meaningful.

If you've been waiting for inspiration to return, today may bring it quietly. Through a conversation. A walk. A creative idea. A moment where everything suddenly clicks.

Don't dismiss the small nudges.

They're often where the magic starts.

July 5: Mars Trines Pluto Retrograde

The week ends with quiet confidence.

Not the kind that needs applause.

The kind that comes from realising you're stronger than the version of yourself who first walked into this week.

Mars and Pluto remind us that lasting change rarely happens because life forces us into it.

It happens because one day we decide we're no longer willing to settle for what we've outgrown.

That's a powerful place to begin.

Theme of the Week

It's easy to look at this week's astrology and focus on the big events.

Mercury retrograde.

A Full Moon.

Jupiter entering Leo.

Mars making aspect after aspect.

But honestly?

I think this week is asking a much simpler question.

What are you ready to stop forcing?

Maybe it's a relationship that only works because you're doing all the work.

Maybe it's the pressure you've been putting on yourself to have everything figured out.

Maybe it's the version of yourself you've outgrown but keep trying to squeeze back into because it feels familiar.

Growth doesn't always arrive with fireworks.

Sometimes it looks like admitting, "This doesn't feel right anymore."

And that's enough to change everything.

Guidance

You don't need to solve your whole life this week.

You don't need a five-year plan.

You don't need every answer before you make your next decision.

What you can do is pay attention.

Notice what gives you energy and what quietly drains it. Listen to the conversations that stay with you long after they've ended. Trust yourself when something feels aligned, even if you can't explain why.

This week's astrology transits reward honesty more than certainty.

The more honest you are with yourself, the easier it becomes to know where you're actually meant to go.

Crystal of the Week: Labradorite

This week's energy asks for a lot of trust. Not the kind that comes from having all the answers, but the kind that helps you keep moving even when you're still figuring things out.

That's why I chose Labradorite.

With Mercury retrograde encouraging reflection and the Capricorn Full Moon asking you to be honest about what's working and what isn't, it's easy to get caught in your head. Labradorite is a beautiful reminder to come back to yourself. It encourages you to trust your intuition, especially when your mind starts trying to convince you otherwise.

If you don't have Labradorite, Moonstone is another crystal I'd reach for this week. Its softer, nurturing energy pairs beautifully with Mercury retrograde in Cancer, helping you slow down, process your emotions, and reconnect with what your heart has been trying to tell you.

Whichever crystal you choose, don't overthink how to work with it. Hold it while you journal after the Full Moon, keep it nearby during meditation, or simply carry it with you throughout the week as a quiet reminder to trust yourself a little more. Sometimes that's all we really need.

Tarot Card of the Week: Strength

Strength tarot card from the Rider Waite deck featuring a woman gently calming a lion, symbolising courage, inner strength, compassion, resilience, and self mastery.

Strength couldn't be a better reflection of this week's energy.

People often think this card is about being fearless, but I've always seen it differently.

It's about choosing compassion over control. Patience over panic. Trust over self-doubt.

That's exactly what this week asks of us.

You don't have to force your way through every challenge or prove how capable you are. Real strength is knowing when to pause, when to speak, when to walk away, and when to believe in yourself, even if nobody else can see the bigger picture yet.

Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is stop fighting yourself.
