If you’ve been feeling extra in your feelings lately, like your heart is doing the most… you’re not imagining it. 😅💛
The Full Moon in Leo on February 1, 2026, is here to light things up. Not in a chaotic way (well… sometimes a tiny bit). More like a spotlight moment. A “we’re telling the truth now” moment. A “I’m done playing small” moment.
Leo energy is bold, warm, and heart-led. It’s the part of you that wants to be seen for who you really are. Not the polished version. Not the people-pleasing version. The real one.
Think of Leo, the lion, the pride, loud and ready to be as loud as it can possibly be to get their voice heard. Eccentric as well. This full moon in Leo, I usually LOVEEEEEE!!! It's fun, freeing, out there, and bold!!! With the Full moon in Leo right now, at least if you’re in the States, this moon can be something that is EXTREMELY LOUD, IN YOUR FACE, LETTING THE TRUTHS BE KNOWN.
I speak on this for the collective, but we each have free will. So you can definitely be one of the ones speaking up, loudly, aggressively, and in the face of someone who disagrees. I want to remind you, working with the moon energy/planetary energy is seriously helpful. But as we stated in the weekly post, you need to stay grounded and do whatever you can with intention.
Make sure you are meditating! This is a great way to ground as well as journaling. Both of these activities are needed and required. Pick your battles wisely. Speak when you feel the need. But don't waste your energy or become upset to the point where we say things that we can't come back from
So today I’m walking you through:
what the Full Moon in Leo means
a heart-opening ritual you can do that night
and an in-depth forecast for each rising sign (the juicy part 😉)
What the Full Moon in Leo Means

A full moon is a peak point. It’s the moment where something becomes crystal clear. Like… you can’t unsee it. The rose color glasses are and have been coming off
Full moons tend to bring:
emotional releases
endings and completions
breakthroughs
clarity that hits you right in the chest
And because this one is in Leo, it’s extra connected to: your heart, your confidence, your creativity, your joy, your visibility, your self-worth, your fiery anger.
With Leo being a fire sign and tension being so thick, taking a bath with water will help you cool down and relax. Seriously, this full moon seems viscous, well, at least lots of tension to me. That's my personal opinion, and it's because of what's taking place throughout the states.
But also, Basically Leo asks: Are you living like you love yourself… or are you still trying to earn love?
Because listen. Leo does not do “bare minimum” energy. Leo wants your life to feel like it fits you.
Sidenote: I want to know where you can be your silly, authentic self, your child self? Find out where Leo is in your natal chart. For example, my venus is in Leo.. So for me, in a quick summary, it's be silly, have fun, and be your authentic self. With it being in Venus, the planet of love, that's an indication to me that I seriously thrive and am the happiest me when I'm doing something I love.
Now, being that it's in my 11th house. The house of community, friends. My love is to help others and build community, which I have done!! I not only created a decent following I also created a social media group for those of you who need community. Join us and continue to grow us larger and larger. I can only do so much behind a screen. But what I can do is use my already-made platform, send out the word that I have a safe place for us to gather and speak to one another. My main goal is to get all of my followers in one place. From there, you make physical friends/acquaintances. Not just me over the computer. We need community to survive what's to come. No, I'm not being dramatic. I've been waiting for this to take place. Reasons as to why I built a social media website in the first place.
Also, the Sun is in Aquarius during this full moon, which is Leo’s opposite sign. So we’re balancing two themes at once:
Leo: me, my heart, my truth
Aquarius: community, friendships, belonging, the bigger picture
This full moon is about shining as your full self while still staying connected to the right people. Not shrinking to fit in. Not isolating to protect your ego. Just… real alignment. I love these two energies together. It describes exactly what I said above about my personal chart. I love helping, I'm a natural-born leader, and people tend to listen to me. (Trust me when I say this, I also have my mercury in Virgo. The planet of communication in Virgo, the perfectionist of the signs 😅. I make very valid arguments, and still, it's like I'm talking to a wall.)
Use this full moon energy to express your feelings calmly and boldly. Hold that lion/lioness back in you, unless you know its worth releasing. Lions tend to be loners until they’re accepted into a pack. Use your voice and watch how the pack/pride surrounds you. Also, getting frustrated and upset that someone isn't hearing you out is normal. But this is seriously one of those times, you need to be so mindful of what nd how you’re speaking. I don't condone violence, but I can understand if and when it gets there. Because it's already here. So I understand why some of you may be popping off. But again, be so mindful. We are truly loving through dangerous times.
Full Moon in Leo Energy: What You Might Feel
Here’s what tends to come up under a Leo full moon:
You crave attention, but the healthy kind. The “I want to be appreciated” kind. 💛
You want to create, flirt, play, and feel alive again.
You feel tender about where you haven’t been chosen, seen, or celebrated.
You realize where you’ve been performing instead of expressing.
You hit a moment of truth in love or friendship. Like, “I can’t keep doing this.” 😮💨
And if you feel emotional, I just want to say this gently: That does not mean you’re messy. It means your heart is awake. With the eclipse less than a month away, this seriously lets me know that this week, or at least this day, will be A LOT of high emotions. During the weekend, when most are home from work. BE MINDFUL!!!!
Full Moon in Leo Ritual: Heart Clarity and Confidence Reset
This is one of my favorite rituals because it’s simple, but it hits deep. No fancy tools required. Just intention, honesty, and a little candlelit magic. 🕯️✨
What you need
A candle (pink, gold, or white)
A bowl or glass of water
Journal + pen
Optional crystals: rose quartz, citrine, carnelian
Step 1: Set the vibe
Light your candle. Put your phone away (I know, I know 😅). Take three slow breaths and say:
“I return to my heart.”
Step 2: The honest heart check (journal prompts)
Write without editing yourself:
Where have I been shrinking?
Where do I want to be seen and celebrated?
What part of me is tired of proving my worth?
What does my heart want that I’ve been avoiding?
Step 3: Release what’s not true anymore
Write this header:
“I release…”
And let it flow. Examples:
I release chasing attention to feel worthy.
I release performing to keep love.
I release the fear of being too much.
I release settling for crumbs.
Now touch the water, then touch your heart. Say:
“I release what dims me. I keep what strengthens me.”
Step 4: Make one bold heart promise
Finish this sentence:
“From this Full Moon in Leo forward, I choose…”
Make it specific. Leo loves a decision.
Step 5: Close the ritual
Hand on heart, whisper:
“It is safe for me to be seen.”
Blow out the candle and let that be enough. 🌕
How the Full Moon in Leo Will Affect Each Rising Sign
Read your rising sign first. That’s the one that shows where this full moon hits in your real, everyday life.
Aries Rising
This full moon activates your 5th house, aka your joy zone. Romance, creativity, play, self-expression. So if life has been feeling a little too serious, this moon is like: bestie… come back to yourself. 💛
You might hit a turning point in dating or a relationship. You might feel ready to share your art, your voice, your work, your content, your creativity, whatever it is. And if you’ve been holding back because you’re afraid of being judged, Leo energy says, “Nope. Not today.”
The deeper layer is this: If you’ve been chasing validation, this moon helps you stop. It reminds you that your joy is valid even when nobody claps.
What helps: Do something playful on purpose. Even if it’s “unproductive.” That’s the point.
Taurus Rising
This full moon lights up your 4th house of home, family, roots, and emotional safety. So yeah… it can feel tender. You might crave comfort. You might realize you’ve been carrying emotional weight that isn’t even yours.
This moon can bring family patterns to the surface. Or it can show you where your living space, routines, or home life needs a reset. It’s like your soul wants your environment to match who you’re becoming.
If you’ve been focusing on everyone else’s needs, this moon pulls you back inward. Your peace becomes the priority.
What helps: Clean your space. Rearrange something. Create a little altar. Make your home feel like a soft place to land.
Gemini Rising
This full moon hits your 3rd house of communication, mindset, and self-talk. So expect conversations. Truths. Big “oh wow” realizations.
If you’ve been holding your tongue to keep things smooth, this moon asks you to speak up. Not to be dramatic, but to be real. Leo is heart honesty, and in your 3rd house it’s like: say what you mean and mean what you say.
Also, watch your inner dialogue. If your self-talk has been harsh, this moon is the wake-up call.
What helps: Write it out. Voice note it. Say the thing. Your voice is part of your healing.
Cancer Rising
This full moon activates your 2nd house of money, values, and self-worth. And I love this for you, because it’s giving “standards are rising.” 💅✨
You may realize you’ve been undercharging, overgiving, settling, or bending your boundaries to feel secure. This moon is like: no more. Your worth is not something people get to negotiate.
Financial clarity can come up too. Spending patterns. Savings. Pricing. All of it. But the deeper theme is worthiness.
What helps: Ask yourself, “Does this reflect how I value myself now?” If not, release it.
Leo Rising
This is your full moon, babe. 🌕🦁It lands in your 1st house of identity, confidence, body, and presence.
You might feel emotional. You might feel bold. You might feel like you’re shedding an old version of yourself. All normal. All valid.
This full moon brings you back to you. It can highlight where you’ve been shape-shifting for love or approval, and it pushes you to choose authenticity over being liked.
Relationships are part of this, too, because the Aquarius season activates your partnership axis. So you may also see clearly who truly supports the real you.
What helps: Do something that makes you feel seen by you. Dress up. Speak up. Choose yourself.
Virgo Rising
This full moon lands in your 12th house, which is deep, subtle, and very spiritual. This is the part of the chart that rules subconscious patterns, rest, endings, healing, and emotional release.
You may feel more tired than usual. You may cry and not even know why. You may have intense dreams. It’s not random. It’s release.
If you’ve been carrying stress quietly, this moon brings it to the surface so it can move through you. Your healing is asking for softness, not perfection.
What helps: Rest. Cleanse your energy. Take a salt bath. Protect your peace like it’s sacred.
Libra Rising
This full moon hits your 11th house of friendships, community, and long-term dreams. So it’s very “who’s actually for me?” energy.
You may see a friendship or group dynamic clearly. You may realize you’ve been trying to fit in somewhere that doesn’t truly celebrate you. Leo wants you surrounded by people who clap when you win, not people who get weird when you shine.
This moon can also bring a dream closer. A goal. A vision. Something you’ve been hoping for.
What helps: Choose a community that feels nourishing, not performative.
Scorpio Rising
This full moon lights up your 10th house of career and visibility. So this can bring recognition, a big decision, a shift in direction, or a moment where you realize you want more.
If you’ve been hiding your ambition or downplaying your gifts, Leo energy is like: stop that. You’re allowed to want success and be deeply spiritual. Both can exist.
This moon also asks you to check your foundations. Are you building a life that supports you emotionally, not just professionally?
What helps: Define what success means for you now, not what it used to mean.
Sagittarius Rising
This full moon activates your 9th house of belief, purpose, travel, and higher wisdom. This is big-picture clarity. You may feel called to study, teach, publish, share your story, or go all-in on a path that feels meaningful.
It can also reveal a limiting belief you’re ready to release, especially one that makes you doubt yourself.
What helps: Ask, “What do I believe is possible for me?” Then widen it.
Capricorn Rising
This full moon lands in your 8th house of intimacy, trust, emotional depth, and shared resources. So yeah… it’s deep. It can bring relationship truths to the surface. It can bring money topics up too, especially shared finances, support systems, debts, or investments.
But the emotional theme is vulnerability. This moon asks where you’ve been trying to control outcomes because you’re afraid of being hurt. It invites you to build trust slowly, intentionally, and honestly.
What helps: Clear boundaries plus soft honesty. Both. Not one or the other.
Aquarius Rising
This full moon hits your 7th house of relationships. So it’s partnership clarity season for you.
You might define a relationship. Have a breakthrough conversation. Realize what you need. Or see where you’ve been compromising too much.
And because the Sun is in your 1st house, this also says: you’re changing. Your needs are changing. You’re not meant to keep loving from an old version of yourself.
What helps: Choose relationships that honor your growth.
Pisces Rising
This full moon lands in your 6th house of routines, health, and daily life. So you may get clarity about what’s draining you and what needs to shift. Workload, habits, boundaries, self-care, sleep, movement. The practical stuff.
This moon reminds you that your spiritual life isn’t separate from your daily life. How you live day-to-day is part of your healing.
What helps: Make one habit change that feels supportive and actually doable.
Full Moon in Leo Affirmations
Pick one and repeat it like you mean it:
It is safe for me to be seen.
My joy is a priority.
I do not chase love. I align with it.
Final Note From Me 💛
This Full Moon in Leo is not asking you to be loud just to be loud.
It’s asking you to be real. To come back to your heart. To stop shrinking. To let joy lead again.
If you tell me your rising sign, I can also give you three personalized intentions for this moon and a mini ritual that matches your chart. ✨
