Life of an Empath | Are you a person who is afraid of big crowds? Do you pick up on people’s energy without having said a word? Does your anxiety act up for no apparent reason? Well, you’re more then likely an empath! I would call it a blessing and a curse. Empaths have this innate ability to know, to feel, to sense almost everything around them. Just one of the reasons as to why it’s so hard for you to be in large crowds. Using your ability can help in so many ways. As I said before, it’s a blessing and a curse! Once you figure out the person or the reason causing your emotions to go haywire. STOP, take a deep breath and listen to your intuition. Your body is communicating with you and letting you know if there’s something that you should be aware of. Listen to your body! It’s communicating with you for a reason.
Crystals, OH MY GOSH crystals they have been my saving grace. Amethyst to relax me, black tourmaline to protect, labradorite to help against psychic protection. I usually place them in my bra or pocket and feel so much better when I have them on my person. Rarely will I leave the house without a crystal on hand.
I have been an empath all my life and usually have dreams depicting what is or will happen. Pay attention to your dreams. Get yourself a dream journal! As soon as you wake up write down everything!! I say this because, you will end up forgetting key parts of the dream throughout the day. You want to remember every detail if possible. The only way to do that is to write it down as soon as you wake up. Afterwards, look up those details even the smallest ones. Your subconscious is communicating with you in your waking life while dreaming. Your dreams are telling you so much more then you know. The key details are what you should look up and even the small ones. You’ll understand after doing the research as to why you had that particular dream.
Being an empath is hard but, it comes with so many blessings. You were chosen to feel more than others. Learn to work with it and you will see the amazing the abilities you truly have. I’m here to help guide you through the process and become better at attuning to your intuition. Meditate, do yoga, give yourself some “YOU” time on the daily. Whether it be 5 minutes or an hour. You need it and you deserve it. Us empaths deal with A LOT. Take care of yourself first, and always!
