I did the live the other night and ended up sleeping the entire day. My body is still healing which I knew. What I didn’t know was how much it’s still healing!!!!

Once I woke up I was able to feel my surgery pain and felt soooo weak. Seriously took me back I know it can take up to a year to completely heal.

I’ve slept so much but still just exhausted 😩 your health is your wealth. I will listen to my body and do what I can. I also have a photo I want to post as it helped confirm my healing process. Save it we can all use this template photo.
