I came across this ritual focusing on our ancestors. I greet my ancestors every morning along with burning incense. I have a lot of ancestors, so here’s a little script I use; “ Good morning To my benevolent ancestors. Bone of my bone; flesh of my flesh and blood of my blood. Today, I did the ritual below while burning frankincense.
