My red lettuce produces sooooo much I have harvested it multiple times. With all of my plants once I harvest I place them in mason jars and place in the fridge. It lasts FOREVER with that sealed air tight jar.

peppermint!! Great for medicinal purposes

Bottleneck Squash I LOVE her so much. Her little baby vines that twirl are the cutest. She tried suffocating her neighbor, my celery plant. I had to gently untwine her. For these Types of plants they climb and grab onto anything they can. Placing Sticks for it to climb up is what you need! Its what I need to do for her because she is growing soooo quickly and grabbing onto everything in reach. When I check on the garden today I'll post a photo to show what she's doing.

cucumbers šŸ„’ She also has cute little twirly vines. Grabbing onto everything she can reach. Another one you need to place sticks for it to follow up and not suffocate each other šŸ˜‚
