Hey everyone... Just wanted to introduce myself! My name is Tamika, I'm a 40 y/o implant to the city of Murfreesboro, Tennessee! Lol born and raised in South Bend, Indiana but I lived in Troy, Ohio from 2005 - 2018!
My life, like many others has been a rollercoaster 🎢 and not always the enjoyable one! But I'm here to say if I can make it through.... SO CAN YOU! I know life definitely "be life'n" lol but together we can help one another even if just with words!
I do have 2 children ( a girl 23 and a boy 13 ) but my son is the only one that lives with me. My daughter has a best friend (I claim her too) that has a 2 y/o son and I love them both as my own.
I used to think talking was just memorized text in someone's mind as we talk about things that we have stored but talking is WAY more. Talking can heal as it can also do damage but we are here to help one another heal and cope and go through the daily struggles of life, right? So yeah there a little about me .. oh and I have 3 dogs and a grand dog lol all girls!

Talking is definitely what you’re saying and simply placing in words how you’re feeling, or coming up with an idea!! It’s so healthy and so good for us..even if no exchange , writing here or in your journal 📓 gets out what you may be resisting and then that’s when we see illnesses popping up in us
It’s not just encouraged here it’s needed!!
